1958 Ford Fairlane Skyliner Retractable Hardtop Convertible. The car has red and white interior in good condition, no cracks in the dash and good headliner. This car is completely original. It has not been restored. The paint is white with a few dings from usage over the years. The retractable is in fairly good working order and folds the top into the trunk to make a convertible. There is a small chip in the windshield and the mirrors are all in good condition. The engine is a 352 Ford with an extra electric fan to keep it running cool. It has power steering. There is no rust. The car has always been in Southern California and kept in a garage. The car has rarely been driven outside the area.
This is a one family owned car. My father purchased it new and I inherited it. I have the original sales agreement and service agreement. I began driving the car in high school, dated my wife in it and had many wonderful adventures over the years. The car runs well but doesn’t get out much these days. It’s mostly been stored for the last 20 years. It would be nice to see someone else enjoy it as much as we have. It’s a unique vehicle and always attracts attention when it’s out on the road.
