For Sale: 1967 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper in Costa Mesa, California
Excellent floor plan with front bench seat, rare factory Pop-Top,
pop out front Safari windows with front & rear roof racks. Very
nicely restored with everything addressed. California Westfalia
with no rust and an excellent body, Finished in White with a
Tiffany Blue accent and a grey interior, white wheels & white
bumpers.
The 1600CC engine, signal carb, upgraded oil cooler with all of the
engine steel metal powder-coated. Plenty of power & torque for the
freeway. Very good shifting 4-speed transmission with no issues.
Brakes have been rebuilt with new hoses, wheel cylinders, brake
shoes, master cylinder, brake drums and the front brakes have been
converted to disc brakes with excellent stopping power.
Electrical has been gone through with new wiring where needed.
Everything works. The original gauges have been rebuilt. Upgrade
with an auxiliary battery system - set up for the stereo & interior
lighting for entertainment while camping.
Interior cabin has been fully insulated with Rattletrap Sound
Deadener Noise Killer for a quieter ride and interior temperature
comfort. All of the cushions have been reupholstered with all new
curtains installed. All of the cabinets have been refaced with
Baltic Birch. The interior is simply beautiful with new Baltic
Birch side and roof panels, Bamboo flooring, original jalousie
windows and open curtain rod design.
