1976 Ford F100 Pickup Truck. All original. Engine is the original 302cid. with 3 speed on the column. Everything works as it did new and with only 8,625.2 miles this is a well documented low mileage truck.
This 1976 F100 was bought new at Crown Ford Nashville, TN in 1976. It has never left the state of Tennessee. The original owner kept the truck after he and his brother purchased it for a business they planned to start together. Due to health reasons the business never started, but the brother who'd originally purchased the vehicle kept it in his garage only driving it occasionally over the next 24 years. When he sold it the 2nd owner also garage kept the truck and continue to save documentation to the extremely low mileage of this vehicle. The 2nd owner passed along to me the original owners county tax receipts which state the mileage for the tax year in which the vehicle was being titled in, as well as all of the 2nd owners tag tax receipts up until the last year it was titled in Tennessee, I believe that to be 2008. Since that time, the truck was garage kept. As a result this truck has maintained it's originality, and as a un-restored original it's in remarkable condition. I would rate it as exceptional original condition. It still maintains the factory plastic over the carpets. Today the truck has been with me for about a year. I've driven it off the trailer and into my climate control garage, and I've moved it around in the driveway a few times. I've probably got less than 1/10th of a mile on the vehicle in total, but I do maintain the fluid levels and I start it and let it run up to temperature every few weeks. I have a clear Tennessee title for this very original Tennessee 1976 F100.
I've considered showing this truck a few times, but I've got so many projects in the works these days it's tough to dedicate the time to showing it. I believe as an factory original this truck will show very well anywhere it goes. It's museum quality is impressive.
