restored, 1937 Ford Sedan for your consideration. For '37, the car
featured a more rounded look with fine horizontal bars in the
convex front and hood-side grilles. The front grille was now
V-shaped, rather than pentagon shaped as on the '36 and it also
featured faired-in headlights that were considered a major
modernization.
This highly restored 2 door was restored in 2002 and took 4 years
to complete. It is powered by a 21 stud flathead v8 that sounds
very good and is paired to a manual 3 speed transmission. The car
has been owned by the current owner for the last 16 years.
According to the owner, the engine has been completely rebuilt with
new pistons, rings, oil pump and had the crank turned. The car also
has new water pumps, newly rebuilt carburetor, and a new speaker
for the radio. The paint shows very well both inside and out. The
Mohair style interior has been completely replaced. The car rides
on factory steel wheels with correct hubcaps and beauty rings.
Other highlights include 6 volt system, BF Silvertown whitewall
tires, clock, full size spare, Banjo style steering wheel. This car
is very neat and tidy and was meticulously done. Don't miss your
