1966 Mustang coupe. C code. 289 engine. Automatic. Power steering and brakes, pony interior, 5 lug. Paint is faded. Very clean fun driver that is unrestored; considered a survivor.
Four years ago I purchased this car. It has been stored in a garage and I have only driven it almost 1,000 miles in that time. The oil and filter have been changed every summer. The end of last summer I put the Drake style wheels on it. I have the other rims and hubcaps as well.
The car was purchased from a guy who owned it for four years and kept it in a garage. He didn’t drive it much either. He did service it regularly and replaced an 8 track player with the current cassette player. I still have the 8 track player. He also replaced the steering wheel that had a chunk out of it; I have that as well. He had purchased the car from a couple.
The couple had the car for about twelve years and kept it garaged. During that time other than regular service the only thing they did was replace the around the rear tail light on the passenger side. The paint around the light isn’t faded.
