I know what you're thinking, and you're right! That is a Ford 390FE Big Block between the frame rails! Not often you see a big Ford V8 powering a Chevy body but this monster motor sounds great and has a TON of power! It is backed by an automatic transmission with a custom shifter and puts the power to the ground with a Ford 9" rear end.
The front suspension is a solid axle gasser style setup with leafs and disc brakes and is all new. Out back, the classic style wheels and fat tires fill up the fenders on the all steel body. The trunk is a lift off style and conceals the custom beer keg gas tank and battery and features a custom hand painted airbrush mural.
Inside, dual racing seats and harnesses are surrounded by a full roll cage, and a custom aluminum dash. The floor is raised to allow the body to sit lower on the frame, and the door panels are smoothed and upholstered in black vinyl.
