The compact Hornet series consisted of four different models all of
which could have been ordered with the "X" option group. This
Hornet "X" sport coupe is equipped with slot styled road wheels,
full-length rally striping, electronic ignition, a sport grill with
blacked-out vertical louvers and an odometer reading of just over
35,000 miles. The V8 powered Hornets accounted for only 11% of
total Hornet production. This bright red coupe replicates the car
popularized in the James Bond feature film "The Man With The Golden
