Vehicle Description
This 1966 Mustang Shelby GT350 re-creation is the product of a
professional nut-and-bolt restoration on a 48,820-original-mile car
(mileage not indicated on ownership documents) and has been driven
less than 50 miles since completion. It's powered by a 289ci 4V
engine with a 4-speed manual Toploader transmission. It is equipped
with factory air conditioning, quick-ratio power steering, Kelsey
Hayes 4-piston disc brakes, KONI shocks, under-ride traction bars,
Shelby modified Upper "A" frames and trumpet exhaust. It features
stainless-steel brake and fuel lines, Shelby wood steering wheel,
fold-down rear sport seat, Cobra 9000 rpm tachometer, original
AM/FM radio, functional side brake vents and a new exhaust system.
The exterior is finished in Candy Apple Red base coat/clear coat
with painted-on white stripes and correct GT350 Plexiglas rear
quarter windows. The undercarriage is painted red oxide. Includes a
matching custom car cover, red with white stripes. It has factory
optional 4-way flasher, steel hood, tinted windows, 17" Cobra style
wheels with KO spinner and factory air blows cold. Glove box signed
by Carroll Shelby.
