1963 Austin-Healey Sprite in Uncasville, Connecticut

Vehicle Description

This 1963 Austin Healy Sprite MK II was treated to a ground-up restoration using all factory parts. It was stripped down to bare metal and professionally painted. The 1275cc 4-cylinder engine was professionally built, lightened and balanced with all new internals, cast-aluminum valve covers with quick release cap, and new SU HS2 carburetors with Les Leston air horns. It's equipped with stainless-steel exhausts and Jet Hot coated headers, new quarter Elliptic leaf springs and shocks, and rebuilt suspension. Putting the power to the pavement is a 4-speed manual transmission. Many parts under the bonnet are powder-coated, and everything on this car is either new or rebuilt. It has been lowered 2" and rides on four new wire wheels. The car features Lucas PL headlamps, new cloth-braided wiring harness, NOS Les Leston steering wheel and shortened shifter. Included with the vehicle is a Robbins Everflex top and tonneau cover. It aslo comes with side curtains, jack and spare tire. The interior was custom made with Wilton Wool carpets and leather seats. It also has a reproduction Donald Healey Motor company baby seat.
