Incredible Like-New Condition both Inside and Out
This fantastically rare and desirable 1967 Pontiac GTO Roadster
underwent a multi-year frame off rotisserie restoration in recent
years where every last component was either completely restored to
factory condition or replaced with new parts. With gorgeous rare
features like double-stacked headlights, fantastic chrome work and
a laser straight body with show quality paint, this may well be one
of the nicest examples we've seen in many years. The interior is
just as impressive with excellent woodgrain inserts, flawless
re-stitching on the seating, immaculate carpeting and the proper
his/her shifter, steering column, factory A/C console new Rally
Pack gauges and so much more.
Under the hood, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Roadster is very close to
perfection with an extreme attention to detail. You'll find all
brand new hoses, belts, wiring and accessories throughout with very
subtle dressing to showcase the factory look. The 400 V-8 motor
starts flawlessly and growls to life with a sweet sound through the
new Magnaflow exhaust. With a completely new suspension, torque
converter and transmission, this one also drives as well or better
than a brand new model leaving the showroom floor back in the
1960's- the overall quality and attention to detail is
fantastic.
Additionally, we do have some historical documentation on this 1967
Pontiac GTO Convertible- it has been enjoyed by four total lifetime
owners and as originally purchased in Oklahoma. The current owner
took possession early last year and has invested a small fortune in
restoration efforts since that time. He informs us that he was
drawn to this model due to the rarity of the factory options and
hard to find color combination- which looks simply outstanding in
person. This one looks, feels and drives like a brand new classic
in every possible way...you simply will not find a more prestigious
example anywhere on the open market today.
Rare Factory Air Conditioning & So Much More
Overall, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible is an incredibly rare,
beautifully restored classic muscle car that has Best in Show
potential on virtually any stage. With similar outstanding examples
exceeding the six figure mark in recent auctions, this incredible
muscle car is an absolute steal at the current asking price and it
will be the pinnacle of one lucky collector's garage. For more
