PAMPERED 1961 Ford Thunderbird Two Door Hardtop !! It is RARE as
only 62,535 Thunderbird Hardtop Coupes were built in 1961, the
FIRST and BEST year of the 3rd generation "Big Bird" Thunderbirds
!! We recently purchased this Thunderbird from the previous retired
owner and as you can tell in the pictures and video it has been his
pride and joy !! It only has 102,254 ACTUAL ORIGINAL MILES,
although we have no documentation to prove it. This Thunderbird
still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - driver's
door mounted data / VIN plate - ORIGINAL - 1961 Thunderbird sales
poster and the - ORIGINAL - 1961 Thunderbird accessories booklet,
all of which are shown in several pictures. This is a NICE - DRY -
SOLID - Idaho High Mountain Desert - Western car and it shows !! I
drove this Thunderbird as my daily driver for the last several days
and it runs and drives VERY WELL !! This T-Bird is a sweet driver
in town and cruises down the freeway easily and smoothly. The
steering, brakes and suspension are nice and tight and this car
drives EXTREMELY well. If you can make it to Boise, please come and
take a look at and drive this BEAUTY for yourself this This is a
QUALITY CLASSIC THUNDERBIRD THAT IS READY TO DRIVE, SHOW AND ENJOY

At the heart of this Thunderbird is what appears to be the VERY
STRONG !! - FACTORY ORIGINAL - Code "Z" - 390 CID V8 motor that is
running VERY well. The motor also sports the ORIGINAL four barrel
intake manifold, ORIGINAL exhaust manifolds, Aluminum valve covers,
ORIGINAL Chrome air cleaner housing and the ORIGINAL 4 barrel
carburetor !! Sounds GREAT too with the factory style true dual
exhaust system with dual chrome tips. The engine is backed by a
SMOOTH - Code "4" - three speed "Cruise-O-Matic" automatic
transmission which also functions very well. The BEAUTIFUL !! -
MOSTLY ORIGINAL - Code "52" Medium Blue Vinyl bucket seat
Thunderbird interior is in VERY NICE condition with NICE Medium
Blue Vinyl front bucket seats, NICE Medium Blue carpets, NICE
ORIGINAL Matching Medium Blue Vinyl door panels, VERY NICE ORIGINAL
Factory gauge clusters, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Thunderbird steering
wheel, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Blue Vinyl center console, VERY NICE
ORIGINAL White Vinyl headliner, VERY NICE ORIGINAL White Vinyl sun
visors, VERY NICE Medium Blue Vinyl rear bucket bench seat and a
VERY NICE ORIGINAL Medium Blue Vinyl dash pad with NO CRACKS !! The
GORGEOUS !! - Code "N" - Diamond White exterior finish is EYE
POPPING BEAUTIFUL showing a few very small chips and imperfections
that have been touched up but still looks STUNNING as you can
clearly see in the VIDEO & 100+ ADDITIONAL PICTURES !! This T-Bird
comes nicely equipped including factory power steering, factory
power brakes, working factory power windows, factory front wing
windows, working factory 4-way power driver's seat, original day /
night rear view mirror, good heater and defroster, front seat
belts, factory "swing-away" steering column, original dual chrome
side view mirrors, factory power wipers, original style Thunderbird
floor mats, factory gauge clusters with 120 MPH speedometer,
original clock which is no longer working, awesome Custom AutoSound
digital AM / FM stereo radio, factory fender skirts and factory
back up lights. This Thunderbird has GORGEOUS looks and AWESOME 390
V8 power as well ! There are not many of these left on the roads
for sure !
The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as
well as the electrical system. Check out the AWESOME - FACTORY
ORIGINAL - Thunderbird stainless steel wheel covers and BRAND NEW
Hankook whitewall steel belted radial tires, they look OUTSTANDING
on this Thunderbird and really retains that CLEAN "Factory
Original" - look !! All of the ORIGINAL Chrome and Stainless Steel
exterior body trim and moldings are in VERY NICE condition
including VERY NICE ORIGINAL Chrome front and rear bumpers, VERY
NICE ORIGINAL Badging and VERY NICE ORIGINAL grill and headlight
surrounds. The CLEAN - SOLID trunk also sports the ORIGINAL white
vinyl liner, a full size spare tire and the ORIGINAL jack and lug
wrench !! All of the ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are also
clear, bright, UN-CRACKED and BEAUTIFUL !! I looked underneath and
also included photos below, again this is a NICE - DRY - SOLID -
Idaho High Mountain Desert - western vehicle and it shows !! In my
opinion, you're not going to find much nicer SOLID ORIGINAL floors
