The Ford Fairlane was a favorite of Henry Ford. The name came from
his estate outside Dearborn Michigan. It was known as Fair Lane.
Just like his mansion it was the top of the Ford lineup. The
Fairlane name stood for a certain level of luxury and comfort.
Minor trim changes were introduced for 1967 as the Fairlane was
mildly facelifted. This one is a four door. It is Turquoise Frost
with matching interior. In 1967 the 289 CID small-block became the
base V8. It is also equipped with an automatic transmission The
1967 Fairlanes also included a number of federal
government-mandated safety features, including a new
energy-absorbing steering column with a large padded steering wheel
hub, soft interior trim, four-way hazard flashers, a dual-chamber
braking system, and shoulder belt anchors. This car will take you
back to the 60s in a flash. This is a clean, cool old car that will
be a blast to drive around in. The quiet running engine and smooth
shifting transmission are ready to provide years of service. To view
