This 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special is a looker! It was restored to "daily driver" condition in 1989 and maintained and driven periodically in local parades, fairs and festivals in upstate New York until about 2012. Since then it's been taken off the road and stored in a climate controlled garage. Technically this car is "non-operational" as the current status of the engine and mechanics is unknown, but it had been perfectly operational as late as 2012 and was only taken off the road for lack of use, not for mechanical reasons. Best guess is that this car would need a good engine cleaning, a decent once over to knock off the cobwebs and maybe some minor repairs before it would be ready to roll!
I would love to see this car get a new lease on life with someone that can take it out and enjoy it as a daily driver.
