Vehicle Description
"How to look your best when everybody's looking" -1955 Chevrolet
Bel Air ad.
This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air is beautiful example of a modern
restoration. With its Burgundy Metallic Paint and freshly chromed
trim this car sparks any enthusiasts interest. The Weld Racing
wheels look great without taking away from the body that has been
topped off with gold and red pin striping around the rear license
plate mount. The straight paneled body of this '55 slightly changes
color at every angle of light.
When the hood is easily opened your jaw will drop! Behind the
aluminum radiator is nothing but chrome! A Demon 4-barrel
carburetor and Edelbrock intake sit on top of a 383 stroker. The
air conditioning is made by Vintage Air and allows for a
comfortable ride. All wires are tubes are properly organized hiding
any distractions. The undercarriage is just as impressive with a
matching Burgundy painted gas tank, dual exhaust, and disc brakes
that are assisted by a Tuff Stuff brake booster.
The interior is just as impressive. The leather work is phenomenal
with matching tan leather on both front bucket seats, rear bench
seat, doors, side panels, steering wheel, and even the shifter! A
slightly darker suede roof and door highlights plays well with the
lighter floor carpet. The billet door handles and steering wheel go
with the traditional looking dash that has a Bose wireless sound
system hidden behind the antique looking radio. If these features
aren't enough you can't miss the "'55" and Chevy logos found on the
rear shelf, the cleanly upholstered trunk, and even the floor mats.
This car is something every Tri-Five enthusiast would be proud to
see!
