Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1927 Willys-Knight Model
70A Two Door passenger coupe for your consideration. Willys-Knight
was ahead of its time and produced a heck of a car for the money.
In 1917 they produced a v8, while Ford was still producing the
Model T. Production averaged about 20,000 units per year and
production ended in 1933 in order to focus on building a less
expensive car.
The Model 70A was produced from 1927-1929 and is powered by a 177.9
cubic inch inline 6 cylinder engine capable of 53 horsepower,
paired with a manual transmission that functions properly. The
beautiful example offered here fires right up and handles as it
should. The blue paint is in excellent condition and shows very
well. The very spacious cloth interior remains in very good
condition as well. The Willys rides on BF Goodrich Silvertown tires
on 19 inch wheels with wooden spokes that are in good condition and
it comes with a rear mounted spare tire.
This is a lot of car for the money and a blast to drive. Don't miss
your opportunity to own and drive such a unique piece of automotive
history such as this.
