Vehicle Description
Offered here is a clean and meticulously maintained 1966 Chevrolet
El Camino. This 2-Door Sedan Pickup, as Chevrolet coded them, was
built in Kansas City and remains in excellent condition. The car is
finished in factory Ermine White (code C) over a freshly restored
Medium Red (code 748-A) interior. The fit and finish on the car

The car was originally the L30 327ci V8 but that engine has been
replaced with a more reliable GM factory crate small block 350. It
is a full hydraulic-roller engine with aluminum heads, new starter,
flywheel, water pump, headers, oil filter adapter, oil pump,
distributor cap and pot, MSD plug wires, plugs, Holly carb, and air
cleaner. The original Powerglide transmission has been upgraded
with a 700R4 automatic with new speedometer/odometer gear, rear
differential build with 3.73 gears, shorten and balanced
driveshaft, new front springs, and new water pump. The car has just
4,000 miles recorded since the work was completed.
Since 2015, the brake system was completely rebuilt, suspension
gone through, interior doors, window handles, weather strips, new
custom AutoSound AM/FM electronic radio, new HID headlights, LED
tail lights, and new BF Goodrich tires wrapped around Cragar chrome
wheels. Its safe to say the car has been fully vetted with all
service records accounted for. It is a turn-key El Camino and ready
