1987 Zimmer Golden Spirit. This Neo Classic is finished in
beautiful Antique Ivory paint accented by a clean Tan leather
interior. It is powered by a fuel injected 5.0L, 302CI V8 engine
mated to a smooth shifting automatic transmission. Our example is a
very nicely preserved original car that runs and drives extremely
well.The Zimmer Golden Spirit was manufactured from 1977 to 1987
and is a limited production hand finished vehicle built in Pompano
Beach Florida. Only approximately 1,400 neo-classic Golden Spirits
were produced. The Zimmer is not a kit car or replica, It is an
original designed and manufactured automobile.The Zimmer Motor Car
division was successful and profitable, but in 1989 the parent
company went bankrupt which took the car division down with it. The
Golden Spirit is one of a handful of neo-classic autos
manufactured, however many automotive experts consider the Zimmer
to be the highest quality neo-classic ever built.This example is
well optioned and features power steering, power disc brakes, power
windows, power seats, ice cold air conditioning, tinted windows, AM
FM CD stereo, full leather interior with wood grain and Recaro
seats, opera top, and real wire wheels wrapped in radial white wall
