Restomod, frame off restoration done in 2010
Exterior
• New sheet metal installed end to end
• Painted with three coats of metallic blue and one coat of clear
• Body has been shaved, chrome badges and emblems removed
• Windshield and the rear window are new
• Replaced original styled factory sport wheels with Scott Drake replicas and added BF Goodrich RWL tires
Interior
• Installed black Procar bucket seats with matching rear seats, added a new headliner and new dash pad
• New floor pan has been welded in and rear sheet metal is in good shape
Mechanical
• Engine is 289 cu in V8 updated to Hi-po specs, cam reground, solid lifters, and Edelbrock four barrel carburetor
• Transmission is a Tremec five speed manual with a hydraulic clutch
• Brakes have been upgraded to new disk brakes and a power booster has been added for safety
• The exhaust system is a 2.5 inch stainless steel Magnaflow
• New three row radiator installed replacing two row original radiator
• All the steering linkage, sway bar, and suspension have been replaced with new parts
• Car has 49,975 original miles while driven by my aunt up until 2003 when my cousin started the restoration to his specs
