Vehicle Description
Just like the Bel Air, the style of the 1955 Chevrolet 3100 Panel
Delivery just begs to be turned into serious hot rod machines. But
beyond the bold paint of this custom creation there are features
like a performance V8, overdrive transmission, upgraded suspension,
four-wheel disc brakes, and a full custom A/C interior. Oh yeah, no
expense was spared when they created this one.
Getting attention has never been difficult for these truck/van
delivery machines, but the full custom paint and body of this one
gives it an attention-grabbing attitude that draws people in to see
the full build. From a distance, you can recognize the investment
on the two-tone magenta and blue. This van has a unique identity
created by how the yellow pinstripe that separates these two color
create its own body lines. But as you get closer, all of the custom
work of this unique build really comes into focus. The front is
color-matched, frenched, and adds clear headlights to give this a
very modern appeal. Plus, they eliminated the front bumper to make
sure you get even more attention on the billet grille. The hood has
cool louvers that are continued on the well-integrated sun visor.
Not only are the emblems shaved, but also the handles for the side
doors and cargo bay. It makes this industrial-grade van looks like
a truly sleek street machine. The aggressive feeling is furthered
by the large torque thrust alloys. You can tell they spent a ton on
the bodywork just by the little details have been integrated into
the design - like the antenna mount and the slim LED taillights. In
fact, there's so much detail work, we just don't have the room to
list it all.
Pop the remote door openers to reveal an interior that's more
Corvette the pickup. The deeply bolstered leather bucket seats feel
great, and everyone will love the bold red Gator skin-style
inserts. Plus, with the B&M shifter, leather-wrapped steering
wheel, and full AutoMeter gauge package, this is a real driver's
machine. But more than just excite you, they took full advantage of
this spacious van. That means up front you have luxuries like cold
air conditioning, Dynamat under the carpeting, and a Pioneer
AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo with a touchscreen satellite navigation
interface. The stereo is utilized by the full custom cargo area
that has custom side boxes to house the Kicker 10-speaker surround
sound system. And because the center of the cargo area is still
open, you can still utilize this panel van for everything from
merchandise to tailgating.
Put on your sunglasses before checking out the engine bay. We dare
you to find another component here that could be polished - even
the inner fender walls shine! While the motor's appearance could
win awards all on its own, there's substance behind this style.
You're looking at one of the largest small blocks around, because
this 406ci V8 outsizes many of the big blocks. More than just
displacement, this has been fortified and enhanced with a large
Holley 750 CFM four-barrel carburetor, Pro Comp high rise aluminum
intake, roller rockers, MSD ignition, welded aluminum valve covers,
a cross-flow aluminum radiator, and long tube headers. The full
package is said to be rated around 550 hp, and the thunder of the
side pipes lets everyone know this power superiority. This feeds a
700R4 four-speed transmission that has been beefed up with a stage
III kit and 2,600 stall converter. That sends power to a strong
Currie 9-inch rear with limited slip and 3.70 gears for terrific
all-around performance. The front suspension is borrowed from a
Camaro, and the rear end now rides on adjustable air bags. Plus,
the modern grip of Riken Raptor ZR-rated tires, power steering, and
Wilwood drilled & slotted four-wheel disc brakes means you are
always in command.
There's so much to go over on this one, that you'll need to call us

won't find anything as unique or powerful as this ever aging. So
