Wagoneer.
HISTORY
After the introduction of the Cherokee, AMC began to move the
Wagoneer upmarket, and that brought high demand from a new market
segment. Midway through 1978 the "Limited" was introduced, more
luxuriously equipped than the earlier Super Wagoneer, offering
Quadra-Trac, power disk brakes, air conditioning, power-adjustable
bucket seats, power door locks, power windows, tilt steering wheel,
cruise control, leather upholstery, plush carpeting, AM/FM/CB
radio, leather-wrapped steering wheel, roof rack, forged aluminum
wheels, and "wood grain" trim on the body sides. The two-barrel,
360 cu in (5.9 L) AMC V8 engine was standard with a four-barrel,
401 cu in (6.6 L) available at extra cost. Even though the
US$10,500 suggested retail price was in luxury Cadillac territory,
the Limited's high-level specification attracted buyers and sales
were strong with a total of 28,871 Wagoneers produced in 1978, and

Edelbrock air gap intake. Holley 4V Carb. New Crane cam. Roller
rockers. New double row timing chaing and timing cover.
-New Milodon water pump, belts and alternator.
-New CVR chromed high torque starter.
-TH400 Automatic Transmission.
-4 Wheel Drive. Borg Warner 1339 Quadratrac with low rrange
option.
-Dana 44 axles.
-MSD billet HEI distributor with HEAT module.
-Rebuilt AC system.
-Ceramic coated headers.
-Stainless 3" exhaust system with a 2.5" H pipe. Sounds
incredible.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits to hold vehicles is $500. Upon payment of the $500
deposit, the vehicle will be held for 72 hours pending final
payment. Deposits are non-refundable due to i). the vehicles are
taken off the market and we turn down other buyers during the 72
hour period and ii). there is significant re-marketing costs
associated with relisting / remarketing our vehicles. Inspections
should be performed prior to putting a deposit down on a
vehicle.
INSPECTIONS:
We encourage inspections. We disclose known defects and
imperfections but we are not you. Purchasing a vehicle is very
