This amazing 1968 4 link coil-over Coyote Bronco is a 2016 SEMA show build that is built to be driven daily, Icon 4x4 supplied the Art Morrison chassis and the four link suspension for this build. This one-of-a-kind Bronco was custom built by the owner of Hellwig Products to represent his business. Everything on this Bronco was built by professional fabricators and technicians. It's a very well built Bronco with only test miles on everything. It took 2 years to complete the build, and almost no miles have been put on it so far besides test miles. The build thread for this Bronco was followed by thousands of people on Pirate 4x4 when it was being built.
The engine is a Ford Racing 2011 Coyote Crate engine with Icon headers, a 6R80 six speed automatic transmission with a US Quick Shift 6 transmission controller Street Fighter TCI, tilt column, Ford Mustang shifter with an Atlas 2 twin-stick aluminum shift on the fly transfer case. Tom Woods built the custom length drive shafts to fit this Bronco. It has Dual Coffin mufflers, and a Griffin radiator, with a Ron Francis wire loom. It has Fox Racing coil-over shocks, Eibach springs, four-link front and rear suspension, Hellwig front and rear sway bars, PSC Hydroboost and power steering system. Currie Enterprises "Rock Jock 3" F-9 High Pinion axles in front and in back, Currie installed disc brakes with 13.25" rotors, 4.86 gear ratio with front ARB air locker and a rear Yukon Grizzly locker.
The interior consists of ProCar Elite front seats, plus a matching rear seat with safety belts, new billet window rollers, new felts and channels, restored wing windows, new armrests, door cups, inner and outer door handles, new custom vinyl seats and door panels, custom inlays and stitching, Sport style powder coated black roll cage, plus a matching head liner in the restored hard top. Exterior consists of all new two stage Royal blue paint, Bronco Sport badging with 5.0 emblems, all body seems eliminated, integrated metal fender flares, stainless steel lift-off door hinges, Rhino lined under body, LED head lights and tail lights, new glass all around, electric wiper system, Warn CTI winch on custom front Bailey Built and rear heavy duty bumpers powder coated black. Wheels and tires are Hutchinson 17x9" wheels with true bead locks, plus new Mickey Thompson 37x12.50x17 tires, and we also have another set of wheels/tires we just installed, these ones are 305/65R17 BFG All Terrains on 17x9" Fuel Krank wheels, you can have whichever set of wheels and tires you like best.
