Interior:
The interior is in great condition, all of the lights, switches, gauges, and buttons are in working order. We have replaced all of the interior cushions and hardware, We Installed brand new highbacks and seat bases up front. All of the gauges are in working order. Yes, the temp gauge reads correctly. Heater operates, as it should. Brand new OE Black seatbelts on all 4 corners, that retract correctly. Interior has been complemented with a Wetsounds water-proof sound bar that sounds great at any speed. Under the seat you will find a professionally wired Orion 24/12 70amp converter and a Bluetec fuse block for additional 12 volt accessories.
Exterior:
The exterior has been touched up in Rapco paint. The body is straight with no major damage. Fiberglass front nose is in great shape no cracks. We installed a brand new top/doors / rear curtain. We touched up the underside in flat black Rapco paint as well. We installed our signature LED tag light bracket on the tailgate, along with Trucklite LED headlights. All exterior lights have been converted to Trucklite LEDS. (corner markers / side marker / taillights ) Rear end has been complemented by an airlift bumper with all grade 8 hardware.
Drivetrain:
The Humvee is powered by a smooth running 6.5L Diesel. It has plenty of power and will crawl up anything. We did not just make this truck look pretty! We actually serviced it! She has a set of brand new batteries and a brand new generator to match that flows a constant 26.5v. The list below will cover all the items we replaced and or touched. You can shift on the fly with no binding, slap it in neutral then select HL or L and there are no special techniques needed. We adjusted all the linkages for ease of operation. Steering is tight with no issues. Tires have around 85% tread with run flats installed. This truck does not overheat, the TDM works as it should and the fan cycles properly ensuring proper cooling even in the 98-degree heat of Florida. We build these trucks then test them for 30 intense miles, anything we find abnormal after the initial test is replaced or repaired.
