Spanish words which translate to "the golden one." The seventh
generation of the Eldorado ran from 1971 to 1978. In 1971 the
Eldorado underwent many changes and upgrades. The overall length of
the car grew 2 inches, but the wheel base grew 6 inches. Fender
skirts returned, and the rear quarter windows were removed. In
their place were fixed "opera" styled windows that were intended to
mask the widened C-pillar. Powering this beautiful Cadillac is the
8.2L 500 cubic inch monster V8 engine. The 3 speed automatic
transmission transfers the power to the front axle flawlessly. This
Eldorado features beautiful Sumatra green metallic paint, as well
as a contrasting convertible roof. The white leather interior shows
little wear and matches the exterior color combination perfectly.
