For Sale: 1950 Ford Woody Wagon in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Vehicle Description

There is nothing on this Woodie that has NOT been sanded/grounded to bare metal/wood, polished, varnished, painted, powder coated, chromed, or otherwise modified. I'm the second owner, I purchased it in 2001, and spent over 8 years building it with the help of a LOT of friends!

This Woodie Wagon was hand built by Tom Fritz at Custom, Classics, & Rods, Elk River, MN. (763) 218-5651, using the best parts & pieces of 3+ Woodies and a nice Fordoor sedan front clip. See Photos...

Two friends and I drove the Woodie on it's "break in run" from Minneapolis, MN. to Fallbrook, CA. starting with 125 miles on the speedo! We Stopped in Colorado for a Goodguys car show, they couldn't believe we drove all the way and were on are way to the West coast. If you've never done it I highly recommend it!

New Note: My son put 4 new tires (BF Goodrich TA Radials) on it, changed the oil and he and his wife drove it back to Minneapolis from The Marconi Museum in Tustin,  California in July 2018. They averaged 15 MPG, the air blows cold in Las Vegas at 112, over the Rocky Mountains, no problems! They said they had the trip of a life time, everywhere they stopped it was a car show!

Don't pass up your chance to experience this much fun!!
