This originally/restored 1970 El Camino SS 396 is special order Hugger Orange with black sport stripes. It has standard heavy duty suspension, rear air shocks and power front disc brakes. SS options include special upholstery,SS instrumentation,dual sport mirrors,5 spoke magnum wheels and optional cowl induction, 4 speed manual transmission,power steering factory am/fm stereo with 8 track and soft ray tinted glass. Like the 1970 Chevelle counterpart, the SS 396 version incorporated the engine bored out to 402 cubic inches. While the SS 396 designation was unchanged to maintain brand identification. The engine has 350 HP at 5200 rpm’s and 415 lbs of torque. The power is delivered to a 12 bolt 3.31:1 rear differential. Top it of with power seats,windows and locks.
