This particular boat received an extensive restoration totaling over $100k. Every item has either been restored, refurbished or replaced. I am advised that the restoration included rebuilt engines and props, mostly new bottom frames, re-chromed hardware, new keel, bottom and top planks, refurbished cabin and upholstery, new teak cockpit floor, shafts, wiring head, frig, stove and a microwave. The boat is finished in many coats of varnish, has excellent paint and a copper bronze bottom paint. A great amount of expertise and craftsmanship was accomplished to bring the boat up to it's current superior condition with only about 50 hours run-time.
The owner of this boat is a classic car and truck restorer / collector. He is also an avid (award winning) deep sea fishing expert with a home and 60' sport-fishing yacht in Cancun, Mexico. He states this Chris Craft is turn-key and a pleasure to operate. The boat needs nothing but to be driven, shown and enjoyed.
