1965 Dodge Coronet
318 Polyhead V8
727 Automatic Transmission
Dual 4 bbl Carburetors
The Coronet first appeared in the Dodge line-up in 1949 as a full
size car and continued through the 1959 model year with the highest
trim level of the brand. Model year 1965 saw the Coronet
re-join the Dodge line-up, but as an intermediate-size car.
The B-body Coronet enjoyed much success in the market outselling
other cars in the Dodge Line-up.
The car presented at auction is a restored California car.
The 318 Polyhead V8 was rebuilt 3 years ago and features 2
Edelbrock four bbl carburetors. Under the hood is well
adorned and includes a new battery and radiator. The dual
exhaust produces a sound that gets attention and the 727
Transmission powers through the gears with
excitement.
The interior is shows very well with bucket front seats, and a
floor Hurst Shifter. The exterior was repainted three years
ago and the bumpers and trim enhance the presentation of the
car. New tires and Keystone rims provide a stance that says
"Look at Me!". This is a good looking and driving
Mopar.
