You are looking at a rare 1 of 248 1960 Chrysler 300F Convertible. This car was restored sometime in the past but still holds it’s beauty untill this day and is very clean. Chrysler’s “letter series” were its high performance luxury line making the 300F is a larger, luxury car at 219 inches in length but was not to be taken lightly as it won the Flying Mile in Daytona with the top speed of 145 miles per hour in 1960. It gets its power from a 413 cubic inch V8 engine with 30 inch tube cross ram air intake and dual carburetors that makes 375 horsepower, and is connected to a 3-speed automatic transmission. The one of a kind styling in the interior is hard not to appreciate. The first thing you notice when you get in the car is the large dome shaped gauge cluster, push button gear selector, and turn style knobs located on the lower bezel of the gauge cluster. This 300F also comes equipped with power top and power windows that are located on the center console along with the cigarette lighter and ash tray. Rear passengers also get their own switches for the rear windows. A unique feature on this 300F, front swiveling seats and standard back seats that come in a Khaki vinyl and are in great shape. Other interior features include its original steering wheel that comes in Clear, and push button air controls, and radio. The original color for this Uni-body vehicle is Terra Cotta, but has been repainted in a gorgeous Pink Pearl and sports a new white vinyl top. All exterior moldings are in exceptional condition and all work together to make this convertible an absolute head turner. Other exterior features include quad headlights, large rear fins, and includes its original stock hubcaps. It sits on Kelsey Hayes wire wheels that are wrapped in wide whitewall tires and are stopped by drum brakes all the way around.
