1928 Cadillac Model 396, Series 341B, 140”WB
Four Door Sedan, with Wire Wheels and Dual Side Mount Spare Tires
A total body off nut and bolt restoration was undertaken, using as many restored original parts as possible. The restoration process lasted 4 years, and was completed in 1995. No expense spared, including all new wood and all components rebuilt, refurbished or replaced. The car is powered by 341ci High Compression V8 engine and 3 speed transmission. The engine is equipped with the original carburetor and vacuum fuel supply system. The body, interior, engine and mechanicals/running gear are all in excellent condition. This car runs and drives very well. Since the restoration the car was been driven very little. It was displayed in one local concourse and was featured in the Touch By An Angel television series. It was driven by Della Reese in the show. Additional features include, custom fabricated stainless steel gas tank, suspension oiler, Buffalo wire wheels with dual side mount spare tires. Body panels and parts were powder coated then painted with automotive paint dark red over black with custom pin striping, and interior is red velvet and gray floor carpet. Car comes with the Buffalo wire wheel hub cap wrench. Since the restoration the car has been maintained in running condition and stored in doors. This is the finest example of year and model to be found, ready to be shown or driven.
