Vehicle Description
1971 F100 original Oregon truck with 56,137 miles 390, auto, air
power steering, power brakes (front disc) Written by our seller: I
purchased truck from the original owner family where the truck
spent its entire life in Oregon. The truck was rust free and all
original when I purchased. Body Restoration The bed was removed
along with the glass and the body was stripped, prepped and
re-sprayed in the original swiss aqua paint color. (base coat clear
coat) I removed the factory in cab gas tank for safety reasons
still has factory saddle tank. The top was painted off white and
some custom pin stripping added. (pin stripes are over the clear
and could be removed if they re not your style) RUST FREE frame was
painted with black chassis saver paint. Both front and rear bumpers
were replaced and original body side moldings polished and
re-installed. I removed the 3 body side moldings for a cleaner
look. I replaced the windshield, back window, and door rubber
seals. Paint job on the truck is really slick and the pictures don
t do it justice. Suspension The truck was lowered with DJM 3 - 4
drop kit and shocks. New king pins installed along with all new
front disc brakes with braided lines. The original power steering
gear box was rebuild and upgraded to the newer style with quicker
ratio kit and all power steering hoses were replaced. I have new
front sway bar kit that comes with truck not installed yet. Rims
and Tires 5- Original (includes factory under bed spare) 15 x 6
ford steel wheels were sand blasted powder coated and painted body
color and chrome bullet center caps were added. Truck rides on
