'Action Line' (1967-1972) trucks. One of the reasons that these
trucks make such excellent street machines is that the standard
rear suspension consisted of trailing arms with coil springs as
opposed to the ubiquitous, but rougher-riding, leaf springs. The
timeless styling doesn't hurt either. Our 1971 Stepside perfectly
illustrates these points with its handsome appearance and
comfortable ride. Lift the hood and you'll find a Chevy 350 crate
engine that's been fortified with an Edelbrock aluminum intake
manifold, an Edelbrock carburetor, headers, HEI, a serpentine belt
system, and a Full Custom Fabrication fan shroud with electric fan.
Comfort and convenience items include power steering, power brakes,
a Vintage Air air conditioning system, automatic transmission with
overdrive, tilt steering column, custom wheel, nice houndstooth
upholstery featuring the rare bucket seats and center consol, and
