Consigned to us to sell is this very clean well running 1964
Chevrolet 2500 pickup. We sold this truck about a year and a half
ago for the Original family owners as their dad had purchased it
new and owned it until he died . It has been very well cared for
and is very reliable . This body style of American classic trucks
are becoming more rare and hard to find in this condition with out
rust or prior damage being an issue. Just done are new ten ply 16
inch radial tires ,shocks,exhaust. Here is a copy of the ad i did
on the truck in 2016. One family owned vehicle with actual
mileage.Selling this truck for the family member whose father had
bought the truck brand new and used it very little.This is a 3/4
ton two wheel drive basic custom with a panoramic cab or (big back
window) pickup very well preserved for restoration or to use as a
daily driver the 283 V-8 motor runs and performs well as does the 4
speed manual transmission and i do have some of the documented
maintenance records.There is some minor rust spots in the quarter
panel and a little on the door but this is not a rust bucket truck
like most of them are.The bed needs new wood and there is some
minor damage to the bed rail on the driver side i will show all
blemishes in my photos.Years ago the owner replaced the factory
split rims with modern 16inch wheels as the factory had 16.5 split
rims.And someone has added a cassette stereo as well as oil
pressure and temperature gauges.The factory gauges still work well
like the cold engine indicator light cigarette lighter gets hot
like a new one .Take a good look at this well preserved fifty two
