Stk 2404 1963 Ford Falcon Futura
The Ford Falcon was the basis for the classic '64-1/2 Mustang. This
1963 Falcon Futura 2-door 'post' comes to us directly from a Blue
Oval time-machine. The odometer reads 9600 miles and although we
have no absolute proof, there is little reason to doubt that this
Falcon is virtually new. It is a true survivor, showing an
"excellent" recent 2-stage respray of the original color. This
Tuxedo Black finish is stunning and all chrome and stainless are in
factory condition. The original interior presents as brand new -
every detail is correct. (It is even a 'radio delete' car.) The
power train is Ford's bulletproof 'Mileage Maker' 144ci straight
six. It sits in an engine compartment that looks just like it did
on the showroom floor and is backed by the optional 2-speed
Ford-O-Matic transmission. Factory steel wheels mount 13" Armstrong
radial tires and sport Futura wire-wheel hubcaps with spinners. If
