1956 Custom Big Block
I am selling my 1956 Chevy 3100, custom, small window, step side, short bed pick up. It was built 8 years ago and I have put less than 500 miles on it in the 7 years I have owned it. Never driven in the rain and kept in a nice heated shop.
Unique rare engine with lots of character. Engine code 3866961, 66-67 396ci with 360hp from factory. Upgraded 268 Comp Cam, headers, dual exhaust, aluminum Weiand intake with Edelbrock 750 carb. I kept original parts on anything I changed. Runs great and probably has at least 400 hp.
Chevy Nova Front Clip laser set, independent suspension, power steering, tilt wheel, power bench seat, 4 wheel disc brakes, new shocks in front, air shocks in rear, rare 66-67 396ci, turbo 400 with B&M shift kit, Lokar shifter mounted on floor, 9” ford rear end, 30 gallon custom aluminum gas tank at rear, brake master mounted on frame under truck, clean under hood with Hilborn air intake and brand new Champion polished aluminum 3 core radiator.
White custom paint job with white base and platinum mother of pearl (it is pretty in the sun), custom fiberglass rear fenders are 3” wider than stock, great shape with very little rust, new cherry wood bed with 7 coats of gloss clear, American Racing wheels.
Truck interior is mostly still original with original dash and most gauges still work. Speedometer does not work and needs a new cable. Fire extinguisher and hydraulic emergency brake on floor under driver. New custom-built copper heater core with new hoses. Replace rubber door and hood trim. I spent $3,500 on a Custom Car Toys stereo with Phone, Bluetooth, built in box behind the seat, 2 JBL subs, 4 Infinity speakers, JL Audio Amp and a great 2-way alarm system. I have hundreds of hours into this truck and it’s a beauty.
