1957 Bel Air Convertible painted in correct Colonial Cream/Yellow
with matching two tone Yellow and Silver pattern interior. Frame
off restored, 283 power pack engine, 4bbl, automatic, power brakes
and fender skirts. This nostalgic icon car underwent a
comprehensive frame off restoration and has only 200 hundred babied
miles since completion. The correct Colonial Cream paint is
impeccable, professionally painted over a structurally beautiful
metal body with great body lines and panel fit. The undercarriage
is gorgeous and loaded with new parts, painted in correct oxide red
and is spotless. The list of new chrome parts includes, but is not
limited to: chrome bumpers front and back, dagmar bullets and
rubber inserts, grill, head light bezels, side and rocker trim,
hood bullets, trim around side windows and windshield and emblems
all around.
Newer side glass and windshield as well as a rebuilt soft top frame
and newer black soft top. The interior has iconic charm with new
matching two tone yellow with silver patterned seating surfaces.
The interior also has newer carpet, door panels, door hardware, a
refurbished classic steering wheel and horn ring.
Other features are a Wonderbar radio, beautifully painted dash,
dash bezels, rebuilt gauges and a speedometer showing only the 200
miles since completion. Under the hood is a show quality engine
compartment embellishing a freshly built 283 power pack engine with
notched heads, topped off with 4 barrel carburetor and correct
black snorkel air cleaner. This 1957 Bel Air is kicked into gear
with a rebuilt automatic transmission and rare power brakes that
were also rebuilt at the time of the restoration. This classic
American Dream Machine is rolling in style on correct steel wheels,
new Bel Air wheel covers and new wide white tires.
