Marquis Brougham 4 Door Pillared Hardtop !! It only has 19,859
ACTUAL ORIGINAL MILES SINCE THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW and yes, we
do have an odometer statement !! This Marquis was bought BRAND NEW
at Jim Dellaria Lincoln-Mercury in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania on
September 6, 1977 !! We have been asked to sell this Marquis for
the local Idaho owners who are collectors and as you can tell in
the pictures and video it is their pride and joy !! It still
retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - dash mounted
VIN tag - FACTORY ORIGINAL - driver's door mounted data sticker -

I drove this car for the last several days as my daily driver and I
assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL !! It is a sweet driver in
town and cruises down the freeway easily and smoothly. If you can
make it to Boise please come take a look at and drive this BEAUTY
for yourself, you won't be disappointed. This is a QUALITY MERCURY
THAT IS READY TO DRIVE, SHOW AND ENJOY !!
At the heart of this Marquis is what appears to be the VERY STRONG
- FACTORY ORIGINAL - 400 CID V8 motor that is running VERY well.
The motor also sports the ORIGINAL intake manifold, ORIGINAL
exhaust manifolds, ORIGINAL valve covers, ORIGINAL intake ducting,
ORIGINAL air cleaner housing and the ORIGINAL Carburetor with
electric choke, etc. Sounds GREAT too with the factory style
exhaust system. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH - ORIGINAL - C6
three speed automatic transmission that also functions very well.

interior is in VERY NICE condition including a VERY NICE ORIGINAL

The ORIGINAL Dark Blue full vinyl top is also in VERY NICE
condition and looks NEW !! All of the ORIGINAL black rubber
weatherstripping is still soft, supple and in GREAT condition for
being original. The BEAUTIFUL - MOSTLY ALL ORIGINAL - Code "3G" -
Bright Dark Blue Metallic exterior finish is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL
!! showing some very small chips and imperfections that have been
touched up but still looks STUNNING as you can clearly see in the
VIDEO & 100+ ADDITIONAL PICTURES !! The exterior paint is 90%
original with the front nose section and fenders benefiting from a
high quality repaint due to numerous stone chips in the original
paint. This Marquis Brougham comes nicely equipped including
WORKING FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING that blows COLD !!, factory power
steering, factory power brakes with discs up front, factory power
windows, factory front and rear seat belts, factory rear window
defogger, factory cruise control, WORKING original clock, factory
6-way power adjustable driver's seat, factory power wipers, working
original AM / FM stereo radio, factory power antenna, original
chrome remote driver's side view mirror, original day / night rear
view mirror, factory gauge clusters with 85 MPH speedometer,
factory fender skirts and factory back-up lights. This Marquis
Brougham has GREAT looks and AWESOME V8 power as well... what's not
to like ?!
The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as
well as the electrical system. Check out the AWESOME - FACTORY
ORIGINAL - Mercury stainless steel wheel covers and BRAND NEW
Hankook whitewall steel belted radial tires, they look OUTSTANDING
on this Marquis Brougham and really retains that CLEAN "Factory
Original" - look !! All of the ORIGINAL Chrome and Electroplated
exterior body trim and moldings are in NICE condition including
VERY NICE ORIGINAL Badging, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Chrome front and
rear bumpers and a VERY NICE ORIGINAL Chrome front grill and
headlight covers. The CLEAN - SOLID trunk also sports the ORIGINAL
gray liner, what appears to be the FACTORY ORIGINAL whitewall
radial spare tire and the ORIGINAL jack and lug wrench. All of the
ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are also clear, bright and
BEAUTIFUL !! I looked underneath and also included photos below,
again this has been a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Pennsylvania - Idaho
High Mountain Desert - western vehicle since BRAND NEW and it shows
!! In my opinion, you're not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL
floors than the one's on this BEAUTY !! Please pay close attention
