All numbers match, all original equipment - and only 42K original miles! Equipped with the Cadillac 429ci engine mated with an ever-reliable, smooth shifting TH400 transmission. ORIGINAL FACTORY A/C BLOWS COLD! Fully functional Climate Control system works perfectly, excellent for those hot summer days! The pictures speak for themselves - the interior has been immaculately maintained - original plastic, chrome trim, vinyl and cloth seats. Matching floor mats are in place, but this car also comes with the original factory rubber Tan colored floor mats (see the trunk picture). And the trunk still has the original cardboard liner along the wall! The chrome is in amazingly good shape! No pitting, minimal blemishes, chrome shines bright in and out of the whole car! This car is entirely original except for 2 items - (1) single OEM exhaust has been updated to a very tasteful, sleek looking dual exhaust with an OEM-appearance. Exhaust is brand new, fitted with 55 Series Flowmaster mufflers. Pipes are mated perfectly to the original, OEM exhaust manifolds. The result is an organic, sharp OEM dual outlet appearance in the rear that produces a muted, yet classic burble upon start up. This car has a very low, tasteful rumble - pipes are NOT loud. Exhaust note is tame with no crackle or droning - perfect sound level for an old cruiser like this Caddy. (2) This car has been repainted once - color has been closely matched to the original white color.
This Coupe is the Calais trim level....which is exactly the same as the Coupe DeVille, minus leather seats, sentinel automatic headlights, and cruise control.
