With the aging Fox body due for a redesign and the next generation Mustang release a year out, Ford turned to it’s SVT to freshen up the Fox body for one last hoorah. The Fox Body Cobra run consisted of just under 5000 cars available in either Black, Red, or Teal. With enhancements ranging from increased HP, 4 wheel disc brakes and body modifications, the cars looked sharp and were a nice finish to the line.
Fox Body’s are one of the most modified/upgradable out there it’s very hard to find a nice original Fox Body Mustang. Originally sold at Cavalier Ford in Virginia, this 1993 Mustang Cobra has just over 46,000 miles since new. Finished in Black over an Opal Grey leather interior,the Cobra in excellent survivor condition, free of rust and complete with all original components with the exception of the tires, spark plug wires and plugs. The factory body tags are in place on the panels and the car is accident free.
The interior is in excellent original condition free and from sun damaged plastic or any modifications from factory condition. The driver’s side bolster has some light wear, but that’s about it. Even the original factory “Cobra” mats are still in place. Unlike many of these cars, this one is equipped with the factory sunroof.
Accompanying the car are the original books, window sticker, and original spare/jack.
