Vehicle Description
Vintage Motorcars is proud to present this original 1987 Buick
Grand National. This rare GN is extremely well-preserved with just
over 13,000 miles!
This 1-owner car was ordered new in December 1986, and the owners
took delivery in April 1987. The original owners used their
high-powered Buick as a "Sunday Driver" only, and treated the car
like their baby.
It is powered by its original 231ci V6 Turbocharged engine and
4-speed automatic transmission. Both the engine and transmission
perform just as you would expect a 13,000 mile car to perform.
This car was ordered with every factory option available including
T-Tops; making it worth even more to a collector. These options are
fully verified with the original window sticker and factory dealer
invoice that come with the car.
The car has never been in an accident, or ever had any paint work.
Everything is 100% original with the exception of the brakes have
been upgraded to vacuum. However; all the removed Powermaster parts
are included with the car.
The original tires were replaced at 13,000 miles with a brand new
set of correct Goodyear Eagle GT's
This is a "modern day" classic car that will continue to appreciate
in value, and at the same time providing you with the comfort and
convenience of a modern car. Every single gauge and option work
just the way they did in 1987.
This GN drives and handles like the day it rolled off the assembly
line. I know a lot of sellers claim this... but it is absolutely
true with this car! As you probably already know; most of these
Buicks have been either wrecked, highly modified, or have a
tremendous amount of miles on them. There are really only a handful
of original examples on the road today.
This is a very well-preserved, well-maintained example of a
low-mileage Buick Grand National that would impress the most
finicky collector.
