1949 Lincoln Cosmopolitan. Rare (never seen 4-door sedan called a
sport sedan) just out of serious Lincoln collection. Only 64K
actual miles, very clean and strong running factory flat head V8
(337 CID). Almost exactly 100 CID bigger than the Ford/Mercury 239
V8. One correct repaint on no rust life long Oklahoma beauty. So,
dry floors, trunk, frame and body mounts all look great. Original
chrome and all stainless excellent. Rare power window and rare
power seat all work nicely. Gray cloth interior is all new and
looks great. Even new headliner, carpet, door panels and seat. Note
cool back of front seat with large ash tray and old school hold on
straps. Tight clutch, 3-speed trans, excellent glass. Dash has
clean gauges with gold/brass trim, looks awesome. All gauges work,
even gas gauge. Expensive recent tires, all chrome and hood
ornament and factory hub caps look new. Always maintained, garaged,
pampered and driven. Note cool old school suicide doors.
