Vehicle Description
In 1994, our client purchased this car because it was the exact
same car his dad used to have and drive him around in his youth. A
1957 Ford Custom 300 Fordor Sedan in this factory two-tone Green
and White paint combo over and OEM interior. Our client handed the
car over to Classic Coachworks & Customs right after he bought it
for a full and extensive restoration, which spanned three years and
totaled over $18k. The quality and finish on this car is near
perfect. And As a tribute to his father, he ordered vanity plates
that said "DADS 57."
The restoration included a fully rebuilt 272ci V8 motor with added
tri-power carbs, rebuilt 3-speed manual transmission, reconditioned
radiator, rechromed bumpers, rebuilt rear end and front end, new
wheels, new brakes, and brand new paint and interior. The car
remains in excellent condition and has always been stored inside.
It starts on command and runs/drives exceptionally well - even
better than the day it rolled off the factory floor with the added
tri-power set up. The build on this car was more expensive than
what we are asking for it, and that was done in the 1990's. Imagine
the cost of restoring it today. The work is done and a finished car
for the whole family could be yours. Comes with books, manuals, and
all receipts on the build. It is super clean inside, outside, and
underneath. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our
website. Call or e-mail if interested. Thank you for looking.
