Grab everyone's attention this Summer with this 1931 Chevy Sedan.
The Chevrolet Series AE Independence was manufactured by Chevrolet
in 1931 to replace the 1930 Series AD Universal. Production levels
slipped during the Great Depression to 619,554 units, but Chevrolet
actually outpaced rival Ford in 1931! The main change between the
Series AE and the outgoing AD was a 2-inch longer wheelbase, now at
109". It remained powered by the "Stovebolt Six" 194 cid inline
6-cylinder engine producing 50hp. This classic 1931 four-door sedan
ups that ante with a 350 cubic-inch V8 mated to a Mustang II
automatic, Mustang front-end suspension and 373 Posi rear end. The
350 power plant sports a polished aluminum intake & air cleaner,
Accel distributor, dual exhaust and stainless gas tank. Additional
features include manual rack & pinion steering, power brakes,
attractive wire wheels and AM/FM/CB Radio. This is an older build
with lots of chrome accessories, and could be driven as is or form
a solid base to personally upgrade. This is a steel body car with
fiberglass fenders. The 1931 Chevrolet hot rod is located at our
Milwaukee showroom. This 1931 Chevrolet Sedan is for sale in our
