This Ford Galaxie 500 Z-code was one-family-owned from new and has
been garage-kept for the last 30 years, only being driven
periodically to keep it in running condition. The early
period-correct finned valve covers are still present, and the
original interior is unrestored, apart from the new headliner. It
is powered by a 390ci 8-cylinder engine and automatic transmission.
It has been updated with a Griffin dual-fan aluminum radiator, MSD
ignition, new long Hooker headers, new pipes and Flowmaster
exhaust, new Borgeson power steering and new period-correct
American Racing wheels wrapped in new tires.
