So when you think of super cool, and super rare Short bed half ton
trucks, you probably don't think about a Dodge? Well think
again....... We are very proud to have available in our showroom at
Cool Classic Rides, a very nice and very Original 1974 Dodge D100
Short bed, step side, adventurer pickup, powered by a 318 small
block V8 and, automatic transmission. These great little trucks
were introduced by Dodge in the early 1970s. They were originally
marketed as the "man toy "trucks. These are very hard to find any
more in decent condition. I am very happy, and amazed to say, that
our 1974 Dodge D100 is 100% original, everything...... The interior
bucket seats, the original door panels, original exterior paint
(recoated with new clear) and even the original wood bed, are all
in amazing condition. This great adventurer truck, has spent its
entire life in a very small farm town in Eastern Washington, dry
climate, and low miles have preserved this truck, as well as any
early 70s pick up I have ever seen. I was told that this truck is
showing original miles of 34,000. I have no way to confirm this,
however, if the original carpet that is in perfect condition is any
sign.... I would say they are probably original miles. This great
1974 Dodge truck, has a very nice set of Cragar wheels, and new
tires, to give it a very tough look. This truck is 100% rust free.
The step sides are in the most amazing condition I have ever seen.
The all original body on this 74 Dodge is about as close to
flawless as you will ever see. Very straight body lines, and very
good paint, with only a few chips and dings. If you follow Cool
Classic Rides, you know that we spend many hours every week on the
road, searching for super clean and original condition vehicles.
This is a task that is almost impossible on Pickup trucks, since
they were always" rode hard and put away wet". After all they were
work trucks. This was not the case with our 1974 Dodge Adventurer.
This has been one very babied "man toy "truck since it was new.
This is just a very nice original Dodge truck. It's priced at a
very fair price of $14,500.00 because this is a great opportunity
to own an extremely rare truck. These adventurer trucks by Dodge
were a very cool first attempt by the Big 3, to make trucks more
fun and stylish. This was something that is very common today, but
was unheard of, in the early 70s. You will have the only one at the
