This Monte Carlo is a mover, too, thanks to a supercharged 3.8 liter V6. Don't scoff, this powerplant makes more than 300 pounds of torque, enough to spin the front tires at will and pull away from some serious rear-wheel-drive muscle. It remains totally stock and these are bulletproof reliable machines, so go ahead and indulge on the next on-ramp, it doesn't mind. It has been properly maintained, including the valve cover gasket recall, so it's ready to enjoy immediately. It's backed by a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, so it's a fantastic highway cruiser. A nice perk of the Monte Carlo platform is an all-independent suspension and 4-wheel disc brakes, so it's capable and comfortable at the same time, a great car for road trips. It's incredibly clean underneath, more evidence that it's never been out in the weather, and it looks fantastic sitting on those special edition 17-inch wheels with Goodyear rubber.
