Take a look at this BEAUTIFUL !! - VERY RARE - PAMPERED SURVIVOR
1966 Cadillac Coupe DeVille Two Door Hardtop !! It is VERY RARE as
only 50,580 Coupe DeVille Hardtops were built in 1966 !! We
recently purchased this DeVille from the previous California owner
as you can tell in the pictures and video it was his pride and joy
!! It still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL
Driver's door jamb mounted VIN tag and it's - FACTORY ORIGINAL
Cadillac cowl mounted data plate, both of which are shown in
several pictures. I drove this car for the last several weeks as my
daily driver and I assure you it runs and drives very well !! It is
a sweet driver in town and cruises down the freeway easily and
smoothly. If you can make it to Boise please come take a look at
and drive this BEAUTY for yourself, you won't be disappointed. This
is a QUALITY CADILLAC THAT IS READY TO DRIVE, SHOW AND ENJOY !!
At the heart of this DeVille is a VERY STRONG - Code "1495200"- 472
CID V8 motor that is running VERY well. The motor also sports a 4
barrel intake manifold, Rochester Quadrajet 4 barrel carburetor and
an ORIGINAL STYLE air cleaner housing. Sounds GREAT too with the
factory style exhaust system. The engine is backed by a SMOOTH -
"TH-400" Turbo Hydra-Matic three speed automatic transmission that
also functions very well. The BEAUTIFUL !! - Code "328" - Turquoise
Cloth, Leather and Vinyl luxury DeVille interior is in NICE
condition including a VERY NICE Turquoise Cloth and Leather front
bench seat with folding center armrest, NICE Matching Turquoise
Cloth and Vinyl door panels, NICE Turquoise carpets, NICE ORIGINAL
Cadillac steering wheel, VERY NICE Factory gauge clusters, VERY
NICE ORIGINAL Turquoise Vinyl headliner, VERY NICE ORIGINAL
Turquoise Vinyl sun visors, VERY NICE Turquoise Cloth and Leather
rear bench seat with folding center armrest and a NICE ORIGINAL
Turquoise Blue Vinyl dash pad with one small crack on the passenger
side. All of the ORIGINAL black rubber weatherstripping is still
soft, supple and in good condition for being original. The
BEAUTIFUL - Code "28" - Caribbean Aqua Metallic exterior finish is
EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL !! showing several chips, scratches and
imperfections that have been touched up but still looks GREAT as
you can clearly see in the VIDEO & 100+ ADDITIONAL PICTURES !! This
DeVille comes nicely equipped including FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING
(everything is there but does not blow cold - the automatic climate
control is no longer working and has been bypassed- heater is
working), factory power steering, factory power brakes, factory
power wipers, factory power door locks which are no longer working,
working factory power windows, factory tilt and telescoping
steering wheel, factory front wing windows, factory gauge clusters
with 120 MPH speedometer, original clock which is no longer
working, original AM radio which is no longer working, working
factory 6-way power adjustable front seat, original day / night
rear view mirror, factory front and rear seat belts, factory power
antenna, factory front cornering lamps, original chrome remote
driver's side view mirror, factory fender skirts, factory back up
lights and an awesome Premier digital AM / FM / CD Player stereo
radio. This DeVille has GREAT looks and AWESOME 472 CID V8 power as
well... what's not to like ?!
The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as
well as the electrical system. Check out the AWESOME - Cadillac
stainless steel wheel covers and GOOD whitewall steel belted radial
tires, they look OUTSTANDING on this DeVille !! All of the ORIGINAL
Chrome and Stainless Steel exterior body trim and moldings are in
NICE condition including NICE ORIGINAL Badging, NICE ORIGINAL
Chrome front and rear bumpers and a NICE ORIGINAL front grill. The
CLEAN - SOLID trunk also sports a full size radial spare tire and
the ORIGINAL jack and lug wrench !! All of the ORIGINAL light
lenses and reflectors are also clear, bright and BEAUTIFUL !!
