1952 Pontiac Chieftain Deluxe finished in Pale Green with Two-Tone Gray interior. Odometer reads 3,301 miles. Powered by a 268c.i. L-Head Stright-8 engine and backed by a 4-speed "Dual Range" Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The engine featured a 1bbl carburetor and produced 118hp/222lb-ft of torque.Features on this car consist of; stock wheel covers with white walls, bumper over-riders, parking brake warning lamps, driver spot lamp, excellent paint, very sharp and complete bright trim, rebuilt engine/transmission/carburetor, and a new radiator. Delivered new on 11/05/1952 to a Mr. Robert O'Connor by Hacket & Whiting Motor Co. Original Owner's Manual, Original Signed Service Policy, Service Chart, and Documented Ownership History from new through 2007 all on file.Pontiac's lineup was redesigned in 1949 and two models were built. The Streamliner and the Chieftan were the models that Pontiac created to launch itself into being the #5 Automaker during the 1950's. The Chieftan was Pontiac's upmarket car and replaced the Pontiac Torpedo from years prior.
