Vehicle Description

Project. I am second owner. Acquired it in pieces from longtime family friend. His father started restoring it and got too ill to finish. Engine and transmission have been rebuilt but never started. Engine and trans are in the vehicle. Has all new brakes--tires are good but old. Best year Riv ever. It is all there, but in pieces.
