For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this truly unique 1994
Ford Ranger. This Ford Ranger has been extensively modified in
order to become the awesome vehicle it is today. This one owner
vehicle is a very impressive Ford. This truck started its life with
a 4.0L V6 engine, but that didn't last long. Now powering this
truck is a monster of an engine. It is powered by a DSS Racing
Level 20, 302cid short block bored .030 over to 306cid. This engine
has just 4,600 miles on it. It has Forged Pro-X pistons, polished
forged I-Beam connecting rods, and a fully balanced rotating
assembly. There are Edelbrock RPM aluminum cylinder heads with
Felpro MLS gaskets. The intake manifold is an Edelbrock dual plane
Air-Gap intake and it has a Holley 650cfm carburetor. The camshaft
is an Elgin custom cam providing excellent low end torque. The
engine also has a DSS Main Bearing support system with Pro windage
tray. This engine was Dyno'd at 350hp and 360 ft/lbs of torque.
Cooling comes from a custom aluminum radiator and has a Volvo
electric fan and DC Controls variable speed thermostatic control.
Backing the engine is a Ford automatic transmission with overdrive
built by CRT Racing Transmissions and is rated for 600hp. It has
fully automatic as well as manual shifting and a 2600rpm stall
speed converter, auxiliary trans cooler, and trans fluid
temperature gauge. The driveshaft is custom as well. The rear end
on this Ranger is a Ford 8.8" with 3.55 ring and pinion and Power
Trax locker. The engine exhales via Ford Racing stainless steel
headers leading to a full stainless dual pipes with cross over and
dual Borla stainless steel mufflers. The exhaust dumps in front of
the rear axel with no pipes visible. This truck stops on a dime
thanks to front cross drill rotors and Hawke brake pads. A line
lock system is installed with shifter activation button. Suspension
goodies drop the front 3" and the rear 5". The front has DJM drop
beams and Prothane bushings. The rear has custom leaf springs, a
Hellwig sway bar, and Duff's traction bars. This Truck rides on
American Racing Matrix wheels built with custom offset and the rear
wheels are wrapped in drag radials. The body on this truck has been
highly modified. This includes a one off fiberglass hood, roll pan,
grill, and fiberglass front bumper. There are upgraded head and
tail lights, sport mirrors, and a tonneau cover. Inside the truck
has been modified as well. This includes a custom console, gauges,
seats modifications, and upgraded speakers. The paint on this truck
looks fantastic. This truck has style, performance, and excellent
build quality. Grab this one today! To see 100+ HD pictures and an
