Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this beautiful Guards Red
1976 Triumph TR6. The TR6 is a very cool classic desired by many in
the British market of classic cars. The TR6 was the best seller of
the TR series and 1976 was the last production year of this
beautiful piece of history. This Triumph is powered by a 2.5L
straight six that was swapped out roughly 7-8 years ago by the
previous owner. The engine is paired up with a 4-speed manual
transmission with electric overdrive that runs smoothly through the
gears. The differential, water pump, and alternator were also
replaced on this classic machine. The rear suspension was also
reinforced to allow for a more stable ride when cruise down the
road. The addition of Stainless steel manifolds and exhaust
provides a subtle but slightly aggressive sound. The exterior of
the car is Porsche's Guards Red and is in good condition. The
original color of the car was Java green but was completely
stripped and resprayed by the previous owner roughly 5 years ago.
This car has been a southerner most of its life from South
Carolina, Florida, and now to the great state of Texas. This car
also has the luxury of both the color matching hard top, and a
cream soft top to match the interior. The interior of the car is a
calming cream color and goes well with the vehicle. The seats are
more modern and have no major rips or tears. The wooden dash is in
great condition and holds what appear to be the original gauge
cluster. An aftermarket Pioneer stereo has been installed so you
can enjoy the pleasures of your favorite music when cruising the
coast. For even more information on this 1976 Triumph TR6 located
